Supportive Living Program
Our housing initiative has grown out of the needs identified by the community. We have 8 self-contained apartment units that provide safe and supportive housing for women who were homeless or at risk of homelessness. Residents have round the clock support from housing staff who are accessible 24/7. Residents also take part in weekly meetings and programming that aims to promote connection with each other and the community. We are guided by trauma-informed practice and support residents using a person-centered approach. Funding for this project has been provided by the Government of Canada and Government of Newfoundland and Labrador.
